Information as Architecture / London
Wayfinding
& Signage.
Wayfinding designed to belong to the interior — clear in use, restrained in expression and precise in material execution.
Information that
belongs to the space.
Pamilanga Architecture develops wayfinding systems and identification elements for hospitality, residential, workplace and retail environments. The aim is to make navigation intuitive without allowing signage to become visually detached from the architecture.
Our scope can include room numbers, door signs, directional information, WC identification, reception and lift-lobby signage, freestanding information displays and illuminated elements. Typography, proportions, fixing methods, lighting and finish are coordinated with the project material palette.
Systems can be developed as bespoke one-off details or as repeatable families of components, allowing consistent application across floors, buildings or multiple locations.
